Well, I took Evey to another doctor, that now makes number 4 with this skin issue. This is the first time that she had a skin byopsy done. To say the least she didn't like it but I know it needed to be done. We should get the results in about a week or so. This doctor thinks that she is having an allergic reaction to maybe gluten. Again something that will change my/our world, but from what I've heard it will be for the better.
Aj had a really bad asthma attack that sent us to the ER Sunday night. We had to break down and get a nebulizer for at home, which we've had to use 2 times now.
Evey is on spring break from school and so far it has been filled up with doctors appointments and ER visits . . . good times . . . NOT!! I am hoping to do at least one of the things that I've planned for but only time will tell and it mainly depends on how Aj is doing with his asthma and what the doctor says when we see him tomorrow for a follow up for Aj.
Well happy spring,
me

new issuses meets old ones
Hello I must confess this morning I am feeling rather over whelmed already. Over the weekend Aj's asthma flared up and we spend Sunday night in the ER for a breathing treatment. Last night was a good night, things are calming down for him and his energy is picking up. Now Evey is not doing well with her skin. Gut feeling is that her scabies are back, but we are going to get her tested so we know for sure. So that means I'm going to turn into a clean freak again. Also with all of this on my plate I found out that my vitamine E levels were low which can cause frumpyness and angziaty attact, oh great!! Last night I am seriously thinking of stepping out of selling Avon and just focus on my family and me. Will I ever sell again, Lord only knows. I did/do enjoy it and so maybe. Well that is all for now and my soap opera and stress. Well got to go and do laundry, clean house, change bed sheets, and vacumm EVERYTHING!!

Things
Lots to share with you. Evey had another check up earlier this week and we don't have to go back unless things take a turn for the worse. HIP HIP HURRAY!! We are trying a new bathe soap and body cream/lotion and hopefully these will help her get cleared up and stay that way. Today I had a doctors appointment to talk about some stuff. The doctor wanted to do some blood work just to make sure that things are working the way they are supposed to. We, meaning Aj and myself get down to the lab for the tests. I sit down and get myself ready for the nurse. Aj looks at me and asked me if I am going to get a shot so they can take the blood out, I said yes I am. He says he can't look while he covers his ears and turns around. I then said that I thought you were going to hold my hand for me. He proceeds to stretch out one of his arms, still turned around so his back is toward me. He then covers that ear with his shoulder so that his ears are plug, I guess he thought that I was going to scream or something while they take the blood. The nurse and I could not stop laughing at this sight and all that Aj did. Talking about a comic relief. After that we took a drive and saw that a new dollar store opened up, so we decided to take a look. While we were in the store we saw, looking out the glass doors an elderly lady on the ground. We just missed her going down but as we looked up we/I saw her legs flying up in the air while the rest of her is still on the ground. I had Aj stand off to the side while I helped the sales clerk and some other good folks help her back to her feet and back into the store to sit down till the ambulance shows up. Nice lady. On our way home I thanked God for my youth that I was able to help that lady out and grateful that she had someone to come and get her after the paramedic guys checked her out. I also said a prayer that she is alright. She hit her head on the cement and was bleeding a bit. I just hope she is alright.
Funny I thought that if you do a good deed for someone like that you are to feel good about yourself that you did an act of kindness like that. But for whatever reason why I don't, I am more concerned that she is alright, and that the fall and bump on the head was not bad. She didn't go to the hospital but went home with someone else, not sure if it was a family member or a friend . . . but other wise she is home safe with someone watching her.
Oh well its just about time to pick up lil princess from school. So I will bid you good day and be safe.

Eveys improvements
Hello, I just got done with giving the kids a bath and giving them their bed time meds and brushing teeth. While I was putting on the anti itch cream on Evey for the itch that is still buggin her I noticed that I can stop putting it on certain parts of her body. Her healing body has been a long and slow going road but I/we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnle coming brighter and brighter. Praise God!! Thank you to all of you for your prayers during this time.
This pic was taken
on Valentine's Day with her hair ribbon/bow
that our neighbor made for her. I love you Evey and I'm
so very glad that things are getting better for you!!

Evey had another dermatology appointment this week and things are still clearing up but on the slow side. We have said good-bye or should I say see ya later to one of Jim's Uncles. It was a blessing but darn emotions you just don't want to let go even though you know its for the better. Just when I think that things are getting back to normal something happens. My sis in law was admitted into the hospital this morning for something is buggin her. I'll find out more later when I go up to sit with her for a bit. Anyway, life is good and I can't complain. Oh PS I have a wonderful hubbie!! Love ya Jim.
This is and most likely my forever fav pic of my darling love. This was taken on our wedding day in the limo from the church to the reception hall . . . I just LOVE his smile here!!

Praise God!
Just got back from the dermatologist appointment for Evey this afternoon and things are clearing up! We are back to the way she looked last Thursday. Turns out that she is allergic to something that she was taking for the Scabies. Once she is all better and all the scabs from the scabies are all healed I will be getting her in for an allergy test to see what other drugs she is allergic too. So far she is allergic to at least 2 meds. After this I don't want to be surprise by another one.
Uncle Henry is still chuggin a long and hanging on. His vitals are slowing down but he much have a good strong heart cause its not letting him give up his fight. Now that his other organs like kidneys are starting the shutting down proccess things will start to move quicker, I think?
I hope that this finds you all well.

Prayer and patients
Hello, lots is happening here and I am getting stressed out to the max here. We are moved in and settled and Evey has started school fall '10 and is loving it, Aj is patiently awaiting his first day of school come fall '11. We ran into some skin health issues with Evey bout September 2010 and we are still dealing with it even now. We've been told that she has/had ezima, pheriasis and most recently scabies. We are coming to the end of treatment for the scabies and she is now itching head to toe and has a rash just about all over . . . and I mean ALL OVER her. I'm about to go crazy cause I don't know what else to do. I am thinking what did I do wrong, what can I do better. Evey is asking me to help her feel normal and I honestly thought we were till yesterday. I have yet another doctors appointment for her to see a dermatologist. Took her to the ER early this morning and he suggested to take her back to the dermatologist for further examinations. Then to top it all of Jim's one Uncle is not well and expecting to meet with Jesus here within the next day or two. I sat with them for about an hour and I would not be surprised if he passes today, but only the good Lord knows when. Please pray for us for patients and that all things will come to an end in a good way not ever flare up again. I'm not sure how much I can handle of this before I started demanding blood tests and all that jazz. When will enough be enough? Thank you!

Hello. Sorry for the delay in letting you all know anything. We are officially going to move out of our current house and into Jim's Mom's house. Jim plans and hopes to be gone and out during the weekend of June 26th. If you are going to be in the Aurora area and would be willing to carry a box or two or if you have a good strong back, I would ask you know if you would mind helping. We will need help as far as moving the furniture over to the new house, which is not far at all. Plus if you know of or have a trailor that you would be willing to drive to help carry stuff over that would be super. If you are unable to help in anyway, please pray for us from the side lines that I don't loose my mind and that there will be no injuries during this time. As of right now we have possibly 2 trailors and what ever would fit into our own cars/trucks. If you are able to help out be sure to pack a swim suite cause the new house has a pool and we are hoping that it would be open and ready for dips . . . if you know what I mean. So then stay and go for a swim, our way of saying thank you! Well I got to go and get dinner done, the center piece for a briadal shower and clean up a room or two. Untill we meet again . . .

decluttering and packing
Hello my friends, I am here for a moment between storms to let you know that we are beginning the packing and decluttering of the house. We told the kids that we will be moving into Jim's Mom's house. And that they will not be going to McCleery any more. I think it helps that I told her that she will now be going to the same school as her Mommy, Daddy, her Aunts and Uncles and her Grandma Erickson . . she got happy about that one. They kids seem to be happy about the move, but I have a feeling that it might chance once the current house starts to get empty and when they start sleeping in the new house. But then again kids are funny and might shock the socks off of us. Anyway I got to go and finish up the projects I started today so that I can crawl into be tonight.

God is super, good, awesome . . .
God is good, super, awesome, wonderful and all of thee above!! Over the weekend Jim and I got a great awesome deal for a place to live. Jim's Mom's house. Praise God!! This is a deal that we would be really really stupid not to take. The only way that we would stay at our current house is if the bank does come back with an even better deal than what we are going to be getting with Jim's Mom's house. And based on some documents that Jim and I got last week from the banks lawyers I really truly doubt that very much. So now I guess you can pray for my sanity with moving the house with 2 young kids that more times than not they seem to be a hinder and not a help . . . but then again they might totally floor me and actually help. So I just want to thank you all for your prayers and support during this trying time in our lives! Your prayers have been felt and an awesome support for Jim and I. Thank you! I now pray that God will return the favor to you and bless you in return for the prayer support that you have shown Jim and I. We are blessed! So like I said God is good, super, awesome, wonderful, great and all of thee above!!

Last night has been the first time this week that Jim has been home around the 5 o'clock hour in the evening due to the heat and everyone turning on their AC's and needing them fixed from sitting over the winter months. So we were talking and he has come to the realization that we will be moving and that we will be leaving his first home. The funny/ironic thing about all of this is that we are leaving the house that his Grandma Doyens lived in and moving into the house that he himself grew up in. We will be talking with the lawyer that is helping us with the home loan remod sometime today. We are going to ask him about all and any posibilities. Actually letting the house foreclose and even short sale and learning all the ins and outs and what would be the best deal for us to do at this point in time if the lender will not help us. On Tues. we got a letter in the mail stating that not only the lender but also the servicing company for our home loan is testifying against us to get us to leave the house, with that letter we know that maybe this is Gods way of helping us move into a more kid friendly home since we know that there would be no other way that we would have been able to do this on our own. So I feel like God is closing the door on Rosedale Ave. and opening the window on Roanoke Dr. . . . I think its drive. Anyway still continue to pray cause this battle is far from over. We still have one more court date on June 4th and then we have to figure out what would be the cheapest and easiest thing to do to end this long drawn out battle that should have never gotten to this point. It should not have gotten to this point due to the fact that alot of the political leaders including our beloved president stated that the banks and lenders are out to help those in finacial distress . . here we are begging for help now for 1 1/2 yrs and no one has helped us out as far as the lenders working with us. Anyway, thats just how I feel. So from now on if Jim and I have to borrow money for anything big again like an other home or a car we are going to go local no more of these big nation wide banks that are still getting those million dollar bonuses while there are people that are loosing their homes. Anyway on to something happy and better . .
Evey yesterday graduated on to first grade. To say the least I did tear up a bit when I was reading her report card and I read what I already knew. Evey is/was able to be promoted onto first grade. She is so very happy and excited about this. She is loving this fact so much that its going to break my heart to try and tell her that she is going to have to go to a differant grade school. The good thing is that I am friends with one of her kindergarden classmates mothers so we will be in contact with them still. So that cloud does have a sliver lining. Well time to go and finish up with the laundry and start to condence things and get rid of other things so that when we do have to move it won't be so bad and hard.

I really want to move out and take Jim's mom's house but I don't want it if its not Gods will and plan for us. Thank you all for your support and prayers during this time. I am blessed with some great friends!!
PS this is a flower from my magnolia bush that Jim bought me last spring for our wedding anniversary. If we do have to move we are going to have to take that with us or get another one. This is one of my favorite floweral bushes!! LOVE IT!!

Well court was interesting yesterday. Turns out that their lawyer changed days and didn't tell or send us any kind of notification of this change. The judge scolled him and told him to bring proof next time of this . . . interesting?!? Do to this change the judge told us that we do not have to show up if we don't want to that he is waving our right to appear on our next court date. So the next time we have to appear or not appear is June 4th. What a better birthday gift then the judge telling them to go and fly a kite and to leave us alone and give us back our house. Yes that is right June 4th is my birthday. Wow that is coming up and then 25 days later is Aj's birthday . . better start working on that one hu? Well I got to go and get ready for the ladies night out tonight with church . . . so very siked about this . . . a night to be Nancy and not wife or mommy for an evening. Well talk to you laters.

Today has been a good day. I don't remember having this much fun in a long time. I called the lawyer today and found out that our file for the home loan remod. is in the decision department and that they have a full file. Meaning that they or someone will be looking at our file and figuring out what to do or offer us and that they have all the needed materials to make a proposal. The good thing about the full file is that they have the lowest/smallest pay stubs that Jim has ever had including a stub from unemployment. The decision period started on May 6th and will be there for about a month or so. We were hoping to know something for sure before our next court date on the 21st of this month but oh well, at least they are still looking at us and it shows me that they are going to try to work with us, hopefully.
Also I took the kids out for a walk this morning and hung some Avon books up on door knobs on the street that we live on and already got at least one new customer from them. The kids were fighting over which one gets to hang the bag of Avon stuff on the door knobs . .. it was great good cheap labor. After that we meet up with Evey's friend from school and her mom for lunch and then took all of the kids that were there with us moms to a park. The other mom there is into photography and took a ton of pics of the kids there and she said that she is going to put them on a disc and give it to me. Once I get that I will attempt to put some up here and on my face book page. OOOO also went to a yard sale and got 4 computer learning games, a shirt for Evey, and 3 toys for the kids for about 5 bucks!!
It was a good day and I am happy . . . fun in the sun with my kids and a new friend. I am blessed!! Oh I almost forgot, I started a veggie garden in my living room till we can plant them outside and I have bean pods growing now . . . so very siked about that one!! Can't wait to play in dirt to get them planted and then to pick them to eat. Thank you all for your prayers!!

Hello, I did not forget to give an update . . . there is just nothing to update on. Our next court date is on the 21st of this month so we are hoping to hear something, anything before then but it looks like we will not. We got a letter from the lender asking for updated pay stubs within 10 days of the date on the letter, and guess what we got in on that 10th day . . . thank you for you support guys.
Anyway on a more personall note I fear and feel like I'm slipping into some weird moods lately. Not sure if its the weather, this house biz or just me being me . .. but please pray that this what ever doesn't grow into something that is not good. Maybe its my mid-life stuff but then again I think I'm to young for that. Thank you for everything. Love you all!!

We had a bit of a scare about two weeks ago. The lawyers office called and asked us if we could come up with some proof that we sent them, the lenders, paper work to work out a possible offer for a lower monthly rate. Thankfully we were able to. So we stopped them that way. This happening was all the proof I needed to confirm my hunch in that they/lender was not willing to work with us and that they wanted us out of our home and do the foreclosure. What a wonderful feeling . . . NOT!!! Both Jim and I have a good peace about things in that if we do loose our home that we do have a place to go to. Jim's Mom remarried about 1 1/2 yrs ago and left a house here in Aurora that she said that we would be able to rent from her. Deep down I must confess that that house would be better for us with the kids. Our current house is a corner lot with fenced in yard. I have lived here for 8 yrs now and there is at least one car accendent that leaves a car sitting in our front yard . . not to kid friendly. Jim's Mom's house is not a corner lot, has a fenced in yard, above ground swimming pool plus there is a public play ground behind the back yard . . . now that is kid friendly!! We have now been trying to fight for our house now for just over one year. As Jim said today you can only fight a battle like this for so long before you finally through your hands up and say what ever happens happens, plus I think maybe deep down he would like to move out of here and go to the other house. If that happens my concern is would Evey still be able to still go to the same school. It is not that far away and I know that it's still in the same school district but since it's on the other side of a major dividing road I'm not sure. That is something that only time will tell. Well, it's time for bed and I will bid you good night and thank you for letting me vent and thank you for your prayers!! We are blest because of you, thank you!!

The one and only good thing about not paying the morgage is that it gives us money to restart our savings and pay of debt. We've attempted to make a partial payment but they just sent it back to us. We found out that they want it all, meaning all that we owe them . . . missed payments, late charges and all that stuff, or nothing at all. I called the office that we have working on the home loan remodification and things are working and maybe Lord willing we will be getting an offer on a lower monthly payment soon very soon. Jim has been working very little the past month and with sending them his paycheck stubs it shows them that there is less money coming in so maybe just maybe this is good for a lower payment. Please pray that this works out and all will end up good. If for some reason we do loose the house we do have a place to go to till we get back on our feet. Praise God for those windows that he opens when he shuts doors. Well that is all for now. Thank you and God bless.

Hard times
Hello to those who really check this. This post might come to a suprise to some . . . maybe. Jim and I have been facing some difficult financial times since about November December time. At the begining of December Jim and I were served papers on foreclosure on our house. That was hard to let people know. We are only asking for prayer support during this time. Some good things have been happening lately. The foreclosure process has been put on hold due to the fact that we are trying to do a home loan remodification. We have submitted all the information that they asked so now it's a waiting game. If one of the things that God it trying to teach us with this is patients . . . I don't think I'm being a very good student. In fact I think I am just about failing. Anyway I'm going to use this blog to get some of my emotions out if you don't mind ready my self pitty notes. We are not keeping it secret but then again we are not shouting it from the mountain top either. We are only asking for prayer during this time. But if you feel compelled to do some something we are not going to turn it down and just thank you madly!! Oh our next court date is May 21 st at 9 am. Thank you all in advance!
