The one and only good thing about not paying the morgage is that it gives us money to restart our savings and pay of debt. We've attempted to make a partial payment but they just sent it back to us. We found out that they want it all, meaning all that we owe them . . . missed payments, late charges and all that stuff, or nothing at all. I called the office that we have working on the home loan remodification and things are working and maybe Lord willing we will be getting an offer on a lower monthly payment soon very soon. Jim has been working very little the past month and with sending them his paycheck stubs it shows them that there is less money coming in so maybe just maybe this is good for a lower payment. Please pray that this works out and all will end up good. If for some reason we do loose the house we do have a place to go to till we get back on our feet.
